A modern in-fill lot situation in Grand Rapids. Architecture was designed to both compliment and accent the surrounding neighborhood. The home was built on an empty lot in the city of Grand Rapids between two 50-year-old homes, where challenges included lot access, mobilization and staging.

Structure of the house has Mid-Century roots while the interior is clean, white and modern.
