MAIN FLOOR

A project with two scopes. First priority was updating the main floor by creating a two-sided fireplace and turning an unused room to the office. Front entrance, powder room and family room were also updated with built-ins, new tile and fixtures. The 2nd priority was fixing a roof that constantly created ice dams and water damage by changing the roof lines and creating more room for a master bath. Roof lines were raised up and insulated to prevent any further ice dams while the master bath was created giving them a bathroom that they never had.
